Causes for Rejection:

Specimen too viscous for sampling, incomplete and/or incorrect sample identification, improper storage/transport.                                        

Specimen Preparation:

Body fluids from all sources.

Centrifuge the specimen prior to analysis to remove possible cellular and bacterial contaminants.
