Collection:

Collect specimen using an Eswab transport. firmly rub swab 3-5 times on the site to be sampled. For axilla-groin, use a single swab and rub 3-5 times over the left and right armpits, then 3-5 times over left and right inguinal crease.

Room temperature. Refrigerate at 2-8 º C if transport is delayed.
